gt creates social network for Women in Afghanistan

This year, Act on 8 and Women’s Campaign International celebrated International Women’s Day with the launch of a network created for the benefit of Women of Afghanistan. Created by global tolerance for our client Act on 8, it is a free resource for people around the world engaged in gender equality, to communicate and collaborate with Afghan women.
Through the partnership with Act on 8, Women’s Campaign International will deliver training programs for 600 women to take part in the political process in Afghanistan for the forthcoming election, and the platform will provide on-going connectivity, tools and support for Afghan women.
Act on 8’s new collaboration with Women’s Campaign International is working towards the realization of Millennium Development Goal 3. The achievement of gender equality and women empowerment globally depends on all of us. global tolerance is proud to embrace this project.
